Rob has over 25 years of experience in the field of consumer marketing, working with
and for Fortune 500 companies on the corporate, client and agency sides. Today he is a
partner in The Mars Agency serving as its Chief Operating Officer. Before the COO role,
Rob built and led The Mars Agency Bentonville. Prior to that, Rob was responsible for
the development and management of The Mars Agency Field Based Shopper Marketing
Network.

Throughout his tenure at The Mars Agency, Rob has worked alongside its Global
CEO, Ken Barnett, partnering with him on the development and growth of several other
companies within the shopper marketing arena.

Rob’s experience also includes 14 years with Nestlé USA and three years with Diageo
in various marketing, category management and sales roles. Known for transforming
organizations into lead positions, Rob is skilled at designing winning strategies,
identifying growth opportunities and mobilizing teams to achieve results.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Siena College, Loudonville, NY and
an MBA from the University of Michigan. Rob has served on a number of industry and
nonprofit boards. He currently serves as an executive board member of the University
of Arkansas Sam M. Walton College of Business Center for Retailing Excellence, the
Brand Activation Association and Collective Bias.
