Kellie Moran to Lead Operations

The Mars Agency has appointed Kellie Moran as Executive Vice President of Operations. Moran will be based in New York and report to Rob Rivenburgh, Global CEO of The Mars Agency.

Moran is responsible for overseeing agency operations, resource management, and project management across the U.S. and internationally.

“Kellie is an experienced strategic operations executive with an extensive background in advertising and creative operations,” said Rivenburgh. “She has a proven track record of driving transformational change for agencies and clients across various industry verticals, including healthcare, beauty, technology, publishing, finance, and luxury goods. Before joining The Mars Agency, Moran served as SVP, Global Operations Lead for Omnicom Health Group. Her other experience includes operations positions at W20 Group, Geometry Global, and Arnold Worldwide, among others.

Moran is the latest in a series of senior executive hires at The Mars Agency, which recently named Todd Cywinski as Group Senior Vice President of Client Leadership, Katrina Smart as Commerce Media Director for Europe, and Martyn Farmer as VP of Business Leadership in its Berlin, Germany, office. In Australia, Gavin McColl joined as eCommerce Director and Jeremy Hagnere as Retail Media Director.
